What happens after submission?
The confirmation screen acknowledges your request. Our team reviews it during office hours and follows up as needed. It does not provide an instant premium or confirm insurance coverage.
Online forms send a request to Dunton Insurance Agency for review, not directly to your insurance carrier. Insurance coverage cannot be bound, changed, or cancelled through this website or email. All requests require review and confirmation by a licensed representative or the insurance carrier. Do not assume a requested change or effective date is approved until you receive written confirmation from our agency or your carrier specifying the change and its effective date.
Please allow 1 business day for an agency response; completing a change may take longer. Requests are reviewed Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Eastern, excluding holidays. For a time-sensitive request, call 724-776-4646 during office hours.
